Has anyone ever tried to put a cheek riser/ adjustable comb on a fiberglass encore stock? i have always liked to have my cheek tight on the stock and with high rings and bases the encores stock is a tad low for me.

There is an adjustable slip-on kit offered. It uses foam pads under a streachy sleeve. I used on on a Ruger 1 with good results.
No permanant modification to the stock.
<$20 IIRC.
Best,
Mike

I haven't seen it, but a user on another forum I frequent made a cheek piece out of Kydex. Heat it up, fold it to the shape you want and attach. With the synthetic stocks being hollow I would think it would be pretty easy to make it adjustable by slotting the kydex and using some type of low profile bolts to hold it's position.
