I said THEY said expected delivery was 2/28, That's on the printed receipt that i have. Their routing? that changes depending on what idiot handles it somewhere in the chain of transport. They have certain procedures they're suppose to follow, but you can't fix stupid, hardly anyone in the system follows them. The US postal systems is the MOST SCREWED UP system on the planet. why do you think they lose a BILLION dollars a quarter?
