I am thinking about having my forend bedded for my 270 but wanna get another forend to do it.
The quick change forend that I have on it now is wearing at the quick detach screw and I am not really liking it.
Will go to the standard HD camo rifle forend and have that one bedded.

I prefer to use a hanger bar that attaches to the barrel at two points. Then the forearm is attached to the hanger bar. The forearm is free floated from the barrel via the hanger bar. This system has worked the best for me.
