Hi. Could'nt resist making the first post. This board is a good idea. Hopefully it will generate a lot of interest in TC stuff.

Yes..I have pach furniture with stud on front and bottom of grip. Haven't attached a sling but in looking at it does not appear to be a comfortable and easy way to carry it slinged. Maybe I am just missing something. Appears if I carry it slung over neck and one shoulder, pistol will be upside down. Did see a cool sling/holster on another site that allowed upright carry in middle of chest but $165 is little pricey.

Well Little King I saw your post on the Ohio Sportsman board. Here I am. Kind of cool I am one of the first members.

Hope it goes good. I have been shooting a Contender for almost 30 years. I only have three barrels for it. The .221 Fireball, .30 Herret. and the .45/410.

I have been thinking about getting a set of carbine stocks for it so I can play with some wild cats. I'd like to get something like the small .17's or maybe even a .14.

Hope the sight becomes very popular!

Thanks
Steve

Yea I have been a member there for a LONG time. You ever met Shaun Frame? He is in Columbus OH.

I have a Rem. 700 in .17 Rem.

I also have a CZ hornet that I'd like to rebarrel to .17 Achley Hornet.

But I think it would be cheeper to play with these little cartridges in the Contender.

Steve
