Update:

Larry I sent bill an email through our system and a PM. gave him my phone number in case he's PC screwed.
Lets see if I get something over the next two days. After that I'll do the drastic measure as a last resort.
if still nowhere, I'll lock his threas so no one else or you will attempt to get any of his stuff and go thru
aggravation.

Update: Bill provided a phone number that wasn't a working number to another member here. Randy also sent me
the total email exchange between him and Bill, including the phone number Bill could be reached at. His emails were sent via an i-phone
which had to be working, but yet provided "another" number that was "worthless". Taking this topic to "moderator chat". Bull-dog, apparantly you aren't the only one who's been frustrated with your attempts to make an exchange, I've got evidence of two prior occurences. Locking this thread and tossing to administrators (Glenn and/or Eric).

Update: Bill logged in and a reasonable assumption is he checked his (to him) still live threads. He has been "banned" which I take to mean
he can't log in, but can like other non-members (lurkers) still read the threads. On the face of it, it appears he has seen the issues he created,
