Update: Bill was a no-show for a pre-arranged meeting. Phone number he provided was non-working although he had a working i-phone to send email exchanges with.

last update: My email to Bill through our email relay systems showed as bounced in my spam folder. I consider Bill's case here as "hopeless". His Ban is recommended to be permanent at this point. Our apologies to our nice members who have gone through bad experiences because of Bill's situation. That includes Randy, Bulldog any anyone else we haven't discovered.
