I had a Rem 350 Mag a long time ago that thing was a shoulder bruiser it was a little Remington 600 I think it was in the 60s.
If God brings you to it He will bring you through it.

I had one of the Remington Model 600 in 308 way back when. It was brutal on the shoulder as well. Finally got rid of it; now I wish I had it back. It was light, loud, and kicked like a mule, but was really nice in the woods.

One thing that might help is using the 180 SSP Hornady, or any other fairly light for caliber bullet. In the encore, maybe the all-copper Barnes or Nosler E-tips. Which is one reason I'm breaking away from the 358 bore and going to the 338 bore. For the same weight bullet, they're longer, more streamlined with better BC's. a 338X350Rem Mag ought to be a great one.
