Well this seems like as good of place as any to ask sence this reloading question pertains mostly to the encore rifle (though anyone with a handi or a cva please chime in)
Im thinking of ordering a box or 3 of the fury custom Spitzer soft points. 170 or 180 grains. Just wondering if anyone has tried these bullets and if they are worth the extra coin vs say a hornady 180 gr xtp ( 35 bucks for 50 fury vs 25 bucka for 100 for the xtp). I am willing to spend the cash for a hunting round if there is enough improvement in performance to justify the price. How one would judge that exactly is beyond me but give me your opinion if you got one.
Shooting an encore with 24" mgm heavy contour barrel if that helps.
