Hey Everyone,

I'm looking for a ML barrel that I can cut down to make a pistol barrel. I don't know how this will turn out, so I don't want to spend a lot of money. Damaged barrels are welcome. I plan to go as short as i can, while still getting enough power for clean short range whitetail kills. Mabey 10 inches or so???

I have a like new black/grey flex tech stock I can inlude on trade + cash.

Don't have a barrel for ya but would be interested to see the final product and how it preforms for ya.Had a Lyman 54cal percussion pistol that said it was rated for 100gr of 2f. Only fired it once with that load , kicked like a mule. Have fun.

Didn't TC make a factory pistol ml barrel? Anyone have one and if so how well do they shoot?

I have a 15" blue but have not shot it yet. It has been on the back burner for a while. This may motivate me to get it out and play.

I have a 15 inch 50cal. It shoots very well for me with 70gr of powder with 250 TC shockwaves. I bought mine off ebay 4 years ago with the forend. I paid $400 for it. It was in like new condition. Good luck on your project.
