I am looking for a muzzleloader pistol barrel. Either used or if someone knows where to find them new, please let me know. Am looking for a 50 cal or even a 44 mag if such was ever made.

I was wanting one also but couldnt find one. Look at CVA they have one its a 50cal I got one an they are really nice. I like mine alot.

They are hard to find. You could always purchase a rifle length barrel and have it cut down and recrowned by a gunsmith.Not that big of a job.

I have a TC Encore 209x50 barrel that has been cut down to 17 inches and re crowned, I shoot it on my pistol frame.
The gun smith would not cut it under 16 1/2 inches because it was a rifle barrel.It is a blast to shoot and with 250grain shockwave on top of 70grains of T7 I get inch and a half groups at 75 yards.
I did have to open up the bottom of my Encore holster so it would fit.

Thank you all for the good recommendations! I will research these and see if I can come up with an economical package.
