Don't you just love legislators. They don't know what a straight line is (straight walled case). Smile But, nothing wrong with taking advantage of their ignorance. If it is about safety and range, guess they don't know the .45-70 is used for 1000 yard shooting competition. Smile

absolutely no reasoning to it at all that I can see...my .450 Bushmaster AR is weaker than my .460 but I can't use it. .45 ACP is cool though Rolling Eyes

Reminds me of the Brady Bill. A single shot .22lr with a bayonet installed and a pistol grip folding stock was an assault weapon, but a standard mini-14 with a 30 round mag was not. Go figure.

I just saw on one of the ohio gun trader facebook pages...guy had a NEF single shot 20 gauge for sale...pistol grip, magpull stock and a flashlight...ad said it was tactical Rolling Eyes
