Did Thompson make a 357 Mag Encore barrel.

If God brings you to it He will bring you through it.

That needs a little clarification. T/C may have made some, but not as regular release, ie. The Custom shop would do limited runs (generally in lots of 50), and technically they were "T/C" made (they welded the lugs to barrel blanks, maybe even drilled and tapped the sight holes, installed extractors and locking bolts. The C/S would do the chambers. Midway was one of the "outfits" that they would do these limited runs for, there were a few others. I could not find a 357 mag pistol or rifle barrel listed in any catalog (1996-2014). Compound this with Midway's practice of not deleting everything from the records, so they may have had 50 made back in 2005 or 6 (for example), and still list them as discontinued. I could only find a few "pistol" calibers listed in the catalogs. Consistently they made the 44 mag and 45-410 (if you want to count that as "45 colt"), 454 came and went, 500 S&W came and went, 460 S&W came and stayed at least until 2014. The rest were "rifle" calibers (223,308,7-08, 30-06, etc.). With maybe 50 made for midway, chances of finding one would be on the used market, and slim prospect of finding--the proverbial needle-in-a-haystack proposition. T/C's C/S has been dead for quite some time and not coming back. It wouldn't surprise me that TCA will have (if not already) MGM make some limited runs in 357 mag. You have far better odds of finding a 357 mag contender barrel (10, and longer) than an encore in any length. A handful of states allow the 357 mag as a rifle caliber for deer, but that's a pretty limited market possibility. I doubt the beancounters at S&W would go for it as a regular release in the encore.
