well depending on what you want to do with them, if you can find sellior & bellot fmj's they are good for target practice for about $9.99/box of 20. Varminting, Hornady V-max for about $17.99 box of 20. Actually Graf and Sons has the Hornady for $17.59 and Fiocchi 55g FMJ box of 50 for $20.29, that's decent practice ammo. Graf only charges $4.00 shipping and handling fees for the entire order UPS/Fedex Ground.

Walmart has a 40 ct. box of winchester, 45 gr. hp for 25 bucks and 3,600fps. I use them for yotes and they work good. Mike

Federal American Eagle, 50 gr HP. Bought it by the case at the gun show. Shoots under an inch out of my 26" Encore and does very well out of the 15" tube. Good groundhog shooting ammo. Think I paid about $5 a box (500rns/25 boxes) but it was a couple of years ago.

well in my opinion the Federal Fusions 55gr is a hard round to beat.. hunting or target practice at $15-$18 a box there hard to beat on accuracy
