WHO SHOOTS THE 444 MARLIN [message #4792]

Just want to know how they shoot just got a marlin 444p and have not got to shoot it have the hornady bullets can only guess when I will get to the range.

well, just in case the Hornady bullets don't shoot well, don't panic. Hornady is known for loading stuff hot to brag about ballistics while their accuracy can be very poor. I have seen this with the Leverevolution .35Rem cartridges and some of their other calibers. Since that is a fairly heavy recoiling round, I would recommend purchasing a TC adjustable hinge pin. It will keep the hinge pin from shifting around shot to shot and is the biggest accuracy improvement for the Encore. It should be a standard feature in my opinion.
