After years and years of cutting back, and cutting down - and never quite getting there...

I've had my eyes on an easy open Contender. What is it about this that makes you want to keep getting more and more? It's just not right.

Honestly, I have all the barrels I want or could ever need..... wait, look, there's another!!

Rich: If you can figure out how to stop this madness with some magic elixir, refer me to the vender please. Couple of years back I got rid of 3 older Contender frames, and settled for 1 mint, easy open frame. I thought I had a grip on the situation. 6 months later I had two mint, easy open frames. Then came the extra barrels. I am at loss as to how this can happen. Then there is the Encore's. Dear Abby was no help either.

The barter system is alive and well, but the learning curve can be painful.

the part that's making this so hard is it's a 7TCU... I love the TCU cartridges.
And it's a Contender (I don't have one anymore)
And I might be able to find a 22lr barrel and stock set
and....

How come we all can not be just content with what we have? And not be like me and want a frame for every barrel, contender and encores.

I'm generally content to have one rifle and one pistol frame....

Then of course there's the bench trigger (lightest) frame
and the hunting trigger frame (not as light)
and the take a friend shooting trigger frames (rifle and pistol)
and....
