Im looking for a new barrel to buy and I have read a lot of good about the 6.5 Creedmoor. Does anyone have one and how do they like it? I would be using it primarily for deer. Who made your barrel and what size is it?

Mine is a Weatherby Vanguard and I love it. Great shooting rifle and easy to reload for.

My 6.5 CM shot its first deer on its very first hunt right after I made the above post. Only a 40 yard shot, 3 1/2 year old buck dropped in his tracks with a heart/lung shot.
