I was wondering if any one knew if TCA made a 26" heavy 44 mag rifle bbl for Encore?

I don't know about a 26" heavy. I'm sure you could get it from a custom shop like MGM or others.

Ed's has a 16" tapered rifle barrel in 44 mag on his site here: http://www.edstc.com/hot.html

MGM has the caliber available and they can do any length and taper: http://www.matchgrademachine.com/
