Had a good experience with Hornady this week. I have had a set of Hornady Dies for about 20 years. Long story short, I had damaged the expander ball and in turn the threads on the decapping spindle. Called Hornady, the young lady that helped me was polite and very knowledgeable of reloading dies. She said she would ship the parts and include an invoice in the shipment. I had it in 4 days and the items were warrantied. Can't ask for better service than that.
