I intend to reload for the TC Encore in 223 Rem. I see that RCBS offers a full resizing, a Small Base, and to confuse me even more a AR small Base set. I like RCBS products so I'd like to stay with that brand but I'm not sure what set to order. Thanks Geo.

standard set is fine you should also consider a neck only die, only full length size when necessary, a Lee collet neck die works the neck very lightly and will increase case life and would also be a good addition

If memory serves me correctly the small base dies from RCBS are for auto loaders like FN/FALs.
