I Have a 26 Inch 300Win Heavy Barrel iam Considering Rechambering It To A 30-378 Weatherby Want Opinions The 30-378 Has Lower chambetr Preasure Than The 416 Rigby and so i Dont See Why It Would Not Work Any Opinions Are Welcome.Thanks

Are you really mad at yourself or are you just into pain? That round is at the outer limit of the pain threshold in a good bolt rifle. I cannot imagine what it would feel like in a single shot Encore! OUCH!! Seriously though, it may be a good idea to consult with a competent gunsmith who is very versed in the Encore platform about a conversion to 30-378. Good luck!
