are any of you guys using machine screws from the hardware store in your fore arms? i have a forearm without screws, can i go to the hardware store and get regular fine thread mchine screws for my barrel? thx

I just called TC tech support regarding the screws for my Encore pistols...
They are 8-40, not 8-32. Just wondering why the rifle would be different..

Just for your info ... pistol grip retention screw is ...
1/4-20 x 1/2" recessed hex head ..... use a 3/16 hex wrench.
