SSK contender barrels???? [message #12384]

Can anyone fill me in on SSK barrels. I just realized that one of the barrels that I got with my Contender is an SSK 14"
.357 Mag barrel. I am looking for thoughts on this barrel , such as value , quality etc.etc. I know nothing about them.

It should be a good quality barrel and accurate. They are best known for the JDJ line up of wildcat cartridges they produce. Take it out and shoot it and see how it does for you. Mike
