Thought I'd pass along a notice I received from the National Muzzle Loading Rifle Assoc. (NMLRA) about a In-Line Hunters match April 30, 2013. Check out their web-site as it's listed on the right side under 'what's new'.
If you've never been there, it's a must for a ML.
If you're a ML, you should join.

The In-line match was a success as 21 shooters showed up and two Mfg. teams as well. Knight rifle company gave a rifle away as a drawing prize, everyone received a can of triple-7 or box of pyrodex pellets (I gave mine away) and some other goodies. The weather was less than satisfactory as the temp was about 35 when we started and the wind was 15-30mph. I hope the NMLRA posts the results on their website, if so I'll try to post them here as well. One thing for sure the sabot with pistol bullets ran out of gas after 100, include the wind and the were done.

Attached are the results from the NMLRA Inline match as well as my Encore and 50 & 100 targets. Distances 50, 100 & 200 paper, 200M NRA BP Chickens, 300M Pigs.
One thing to note, the top shooters all shot bullets over 300gr. The score really separated past 100, mostly due to the heavier bullets in the wind.
Here's the top 5 rifles & loads.
1- Rem 700 ML with custom 45 barrel, 300gr Parker, 140gr Blackhorn
2- Encore 209x50Magnum, 510gr HP PP, 82gr Swiss 2F
3- Encore with custom 45 barrel, 525 HP GG, 90gr Swiss 2F
4- White ML with custom 38 barrel, 320gr GG, ?
5- Austen & Halleck, 300gr Hornady, 70-100gr Swiss 2F
The entire match was 5 shots are each distance for score, total of 25 shot match. Unlimited sighters on practice bull were allowed within the 30 min relay. Note one shot per bull, except when someone shot my #1 target by accident at 50.
