Hornady 138gr SP. Reloader 17 (don't have the weight handy - it's at home). This is optimized (per Quickload) for a 18.5" barrel though. If you have a longer barrel, you might not get as good a results with RL17.

I'm using 38.5grs of AA2495, Rem cases, Rem 9 1/2 mag primers, seated at 2.773 pushing a 95gr V-max @ 3000 fps out of a 20" barrel. NOTE: These are neck sized and fitted to my chamber. I'd back off 10% and work up and make sure your bullet is seated to fit your chamber.

Eric,
I'm shooting a Savage 16 that I built with a 26" barrel. My load is 139gr Scenar over 45.7grs of H-4831sc, I'm getting around 2740 fps and it shoots a 3/8" 5 shot group all day at 100 yards. I haven't had a chance to take it out to 500 or 1000 range yet but I am looking forward it.
