I usually look here to identify headstamps that I'm not familiar with:

Occasionally, I'll accidentally pick up a piece that isn't mine, or buy a bulk purchase of once fired and find some odd ones, and so between the cases I'm sorting through in my .308 pile, there was this one HKE headstamped piece. It's not on the list, and I've never heard of it.
Going to add it to the bag of ones / twos / odd headstamps, but I was wondering if anyone knows who makes it?
