Novice Contributor

I just bought a muzzle loader barrel to go with my Encore collection and it wasnt cleaned very well. It has alot of build up around were the charge sits and Ive tried everything to clean it out, brass brush with about every type of black powder solvent on the market and still cant get it cleaned.
The rest of the barrel shines but cant get that build up to come lose.
Any help or ideas out the there would be greatly appreciated.
