I have data for 35 remington in heavier loads, like 180 grain and 200 grain, but my data doesn't cover anything as low as a 110 grain. I shoot mine out of a CVA Hunter which the gun is also chambered in 7mm-08 and .243, so not too worried about pressure as long as I stay well below max for those cartridges. Sounds like you are on the right track and are checking all the safety angles. So far, H4198 has been the most accurate powder I have used in it. I got good groups with the first powder I tried, so never went any further. I have considered RL 7 though. Good luck!
